Shipping & Delivery Policy

At COMPUTER COMMUNITY, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹2,000 or more, deliverable anywhere in India.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are subject to the norms of our courier partners. The estimated delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched from our workshop.

  • Within Chennai: 1-2 business days.
  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 business days.
  • Major Metro Cities (outside TN): 3-5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days.

Please Note: Delivery to remote locations may take longer. COMPUTER COMMUNITY is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to our shipping partner within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking ID and a link to the courier's website.
  • You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified during registration.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. For international buyers, please contact us directly to inquire about special arrangements. If approved, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
